The house
Three bedrooms on one floor and a fenced plunge pool.
Built round a courtyard in the middle of the grove, with every bedroom on the ground floor and opening onto it. Nobody has to climb a stair with a sleeping child.
The plunge pool is fenced on all four sides with a gate that latches high, so children can be in the water while you read on the step.
