By bank transfer, to the account in your confirmation email. In the demo, pressing “I have transferred” marks it received at once; on a real site the house manager confirms when the money arrives.

Northlight noteA guest who can see their own booking (what is paid, what is due, how to change their arrival time) doesn’t need to message the owner to ask. The refund is shown in money before they confirm, so nobody cancels by mistake.
