Northlight builds direct-booking websites for hotels, villas and guesthouses in Sri Lanka. We are the hospitality studio of CEYLAI Labs, a Colombo software company. The engineering behind your site is the same engineering behind their enterprise work.

Why Negombo.
Most people who photograph Sri Lankan hotels arrive from Colombo or abroad. They charge for the travel, shoot between eleven and three because that is the window they are on site for, and leave. Eleven to three is the worst light of the day.
We are half an hour from the airport and inside an hour of most of the west coast. We can shoot your property at six in the morning and again at six in the evening on the same day, and come back next week if the weather was wrong, without either of us paying for it.
Why we bring a camera.
Every web agency builds the site and then asks you to send photographs. What arrives is what you already have: the pictures that were not working on Booking.com. The site launches looking like the listing it was meant to replace.
So we take them ourselves. The pool twenty minutes after the lights come on, the room from chest height because it reads bigger, the walk to the beach because that is what actually sells a guesthouse. We build one kind of website, a site that takes a booking, and we photograph one kind of building. Neither is learned on your money.
