Privacy, in plain words.

This website collects almost nothing about you. This page says exactly what. Last updated 21 September 2026.

What the site collects

No cookies, no advertising, and nothing that follows you to another website. We do count page views: how many people opened a page, roughly which country they opened it from, and whether they were on a phone or a laptop. That is the whole of it. None of it says who you are, and we do not try to work it out.

The counter is Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device, and is served from this site’s own address rather than somebody else's, so no other company sees your visit. The fonts, the photographs and the code all come from here as well.

Messages you send us

The contact form does not send or store anything. It writes your message and opens WhatsApp or your email app on your own device, and nothing reaches us until you press send there. After that it reaches us like any other WhatsApp message or email.

We use your details to reply to you about your property, and for nothing else. We do not sell them or pass them on. Ask us to delete your messages and we will.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, such as the IP address and the page requested, to keep the site secure and running. We do not use those logs to identify anyone.

The live demo

The Kithul Cove demo remembers two small settings in your browser for the length of your visit: whether you have seen its introduction, and whether its notes are shown. They never leave your device and are cleared when you close the tab. Nothing you type into its booking form is sent anywhere.
