How we work
From the first call to the first booking.
Six steps, and how long each one takes. Nothing is built before you have seen the plan and the price.
The call
The same day you write
A WhatsApp message or a phone call is enough: the property, the town, and how guests book you now. We answer the same day, Monday to Saturday, and find a time to talk it through.
The plan
After the call, in writing
We look at your listings and what the agents take from each booking, then send a written plan: which website, which shoot, the price and the dates. If the honest answer is that a site would not pay for itself yet, the plan says so.
The shoot
One day, or half of one
We come to the property, in the hour after sunrise and the hour before sunset, and shoot the photographs the site was planned around. If the weather is wrong, we come back.
The build
Enquiry in about two, Direct in about four, Connected in about six weeks
We build the site around the photographs and send you a working link to try, on your own phone, before anything is public. Your domain, your hosting, your payment gateway, all set up in your name.
The launch
The day you approve it
Measured on a midrange Android over mobile data before it goes live, with your Google Business Profile and search set up, so the guests who look for you find the site before the agent.
Care
Every day after
Hosting, backups and updates in the background, and the changes you send on WhatsApp made the same day. A new rate, a closed room, a photograph swapped. Thirty days after launch, we send you a short report: enquiries and bookings that came through your own site. Then we fix whatever slowed guests down.
Wherever the property is, we come to you.
Send a photograph of your property and a line about it. We are in Colombo, we answer the same day, and if we are not the right people for the job we will say so.
